Hear Adrian's showreel

Adrian completed his music degree at London University Goldsmiths College then embarked on a highly-successful writing career that now spans more than 15 years.

Adrian's formidable technical background, coupled with his sound design and orchestral skills have kept him at the front line - most notably in his work with Chris Morris on the 2003 BAFTA-winning short film 'My Wrongs' and award-winning Blue Jam radio series, and Jam TV series.

Adrian's score for War Horse at the National Theatre's Olivier opened to universal rave reviews and has continued to be a spectacular success at The New London Theatre where it is currently running.

Adrian's previous work at the National includes scores for Revengers Tragedy and the hugely-acclaimed 2005 hit production of Coram Boy, an adaptation of Jamila Gavin's Whitbread prize-winning novel, for which he received a joint Olivier nomination. The show then returned for an equally successful sell-out run at the National in 2006/07, and transferred to Broadway in May 2007.

Adrian also contributed to the much-publicised Newsnight:The Opera production at BAC by setting the Paxman/Howard interview of 1997.

His long list of other credits include countless advertising commissions, the scores for three feature films and a 13-part children's animation series. Adrian also writes his own software, which he uses extensively in his work. Adrian's website can be found at www.adriansutton.com
